Instant lifting threads is a minimally invasive procedure that is done under local anaesthesia. With special threads and technique, this treatment can elevate facial skin and soft tissues, reposition and support cheeks, jowls, and brows to create an enhanced, rejuvenated and more youthful facial shape and form.
Common treatment areas for Threads are: cheeks, jowls, nasolabial creases, and marionette lines.
During the treatment threads are inserted with a fine needle and laying a dissolvable suspension thread into the fatty layer of the skin. The thread placement repositions the fat and tissues that have naturally dropped during the aging process. When the threads are pulled, cones along the thread to tighten the underlying layer, which repositions the fat pads to provide an immediate and lasting effect.
After the threads have been laid, they stimulate the body to create collagen around them. The threads are slowly resorbed by the body over 6-9 months with newly created collagen product up to 18 months.

You will notice an instant lift immediately after the treatment. The threads will take 6-9 months to dissolve, but will continue to create collagen product for up to 18 months.
The treatment will take approximately one hour. Local anaesthetic is applied to the areas where the threads are to be inserted. The threads are placed below the surface of the skin using a fine needle or cannula. Your RN will manipulate the thread to tighten, lift and reposition the threads to give you a more lifted and youthful appearance.
Some slight bruising and swelling are possible after treatment. Additionally there are some post treatment recommendations to help post treatment recovery and to promote for the best results possible.
