HAIRestart is a laser hair-growth treatment for both men and women. It uses a gentle non-invasive laser stimulation for dormant hair follicles to regenerate the scalp and stimulate hair growth.
The treatment uses a laser which delivers precise pulses to the tissue, triggering the scalp in a safe and therapeutic way with comfort. The results are increased tissue regeneration and promotes new follicle growth.
What to expect:
With minimal discomfort, several passes goes over the scalp with the laser. During the treatment, you will feel a slow and gradual heat build-up. There is some redness to the treatment area, but will subside within a few days and there may be some peeling of the skin.
Results are effective for at least 6 months following the initial treatment. Maintenance sessions can be made at 6-week intervals or as needed.
The treatment has little to no discomfort.
You will notice your results within the first 3 months. At the 4-6 month stage, new hair growth in thinning areas will be noticeable.
After the treatment, you will notice some redness, swelling or flaking of the scalp. The symptoms should subside within a few days.
Physical activity and sun exposure should be avoided for at least 24 hours post treatment or as recommended. Shower should be postponed until the morning following the procedure.
