High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a skin tightening and lifting treatment using ultrasound technology. The treatment allows our Medical Professionals to target different skin layers for a customized treatment for maximum effectiveness. The heat created from the focused ultrasound energy stimulates collagen rebuilding and cell regrowth. The ultrasound heat generates 60-65 celsius of heat which is delivered to the accurate depth in the skin using Trans Hole Technology (THT). The energy only affects the tissue at the focal point leaving the skin’s surface unaffected.

What to expect:

During the treatment there is a light tingling sensation of the treated areas with slight redness or swelling after the treatment. Typically the treatments are well-tolerated with minimal discomfort and no downtime, and does not require topical anesthesia.Results include increased elasticity, tightening and lifting without the need for surgery or downtime.

You will see some results anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks after your first treatment.

Pre Treatment Instructions:

  • Avoid using topicals containing Retinol, Glycolic or Salicylic Acid 3-days prior to treatment to avoid irritation to the skin
  • Take any antiviral medication prior to treatment if you have a history of cold sores/fever blisters (treatment cannot be performed if you have an active cold sore or skin infection)

Post Treatment Instructions:

  • Apply daily sunscreen to maximize results and minimize irration
  • Avoid vigorous exercise, hot tubs, pools, sauna and steam for 24-48 hours after treatment
  • Makeup can be applied after treatment
  • Avoid exfoliation for one week after treatment
  • Botox and filler treatments can be done 1 week post treatment
