Position Overview: As a part-time receptionist at Laser Advantage MedSpa, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, administrative support and support the Medical Professionals to ensure smooth operations within the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a welcoming and professional environment. Your role will involve managing appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, offering a warm and friendly welcome
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment calendar
  • Check-in clients, update necessary forms and maintain accurate client records
  • Provide detailed information to clients about our services, products and packages
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean reception area
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Esthetics or Medical Estheticians preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointments and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, appointment management software, and basic office applications
  • Knowledge or interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus

Working Hours and Compensation: This is a part-time position, typically requiring 15-20 hours per week. The work schedule requires availability for evenings and weekends and occasional weekday(s).
